Fan Dinner payment options
Thank you for interest in the 2012 Fan Dinner. There is one final step to complete.
In order to finalize your registration, please pay the dinner fee before May 15th, 2011.
The price -per person- for the fan dinner is €37.50 if paid by bank (Europe only) or €39.00 when paid by PayPal or by Western Union Money transfer. Please use the table below to find the correct amount for the number of people attending.

There are a number of ways to pay us, I'll describe them in detail below:
- Bank transfer
- Western Union Money transfer
- PayPal
Bank transfer
Please send a mail to ruud.elshout@kpnmail.nl and we will inform you of our bank account details
Paypal:
PayPal is the money transfer system of eBay. It is a safe and inexpensive means of transferring money.
You can use a Credit Card or a bank account.
If you already have a PayPal account,
please transfer the desired amount to the PayPal account: ruud.elshout@kpnmail.nl
Be sure to select Euro (€) as currency!
If you have not used PayPal before, please follow the steps below to setup a PayPal
account:
- Go to www.PayPal.xx (xx is the abbreviation of your country. If not sure use .com)
- At the top or bottom of the screen select the sign-up option then Personal and Get
Started.
Fill-in all the details and Continue. - You will need to provide a credit card or bank account number.
- PayPal will then validate your Credit Card or Bank details by charging a (very) small
amount.
This may take a few days. - Once the account is created/verified transfer the desired amount to account ruud.elshout@kpnmail.nl (be sure to select Euro (€) as currency!)
Western Union Money transfer
International organization for money exchange.

for more details.
Select "Find an Agent" to find the nearest office/agent.
Fill-in the transfer form and send the desired amount to:

When done you will receive the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).
Please send us this number by email so we can collect the money.
Please remember to bring a valid ID to the Western Union office/agent.
