This page contains important information about the FAN DINNER on
Friday July 15th, 2011 in Maastricht.
Location:
Rederij Stiphout, Maaspromenade 58, Maastricht, the Netherlands (close to the
ancient Servaas-bridge). You'll recognize the ship with the André-decorations!
For July 2011 we have made arrangements with the shipping company Stiphout for a three course buffet.
- First course: two different soups.
- Second course: several fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, etc.
- Third course: dessert buffet.
Price of the 2011 dinner will be made available early 2011.
At the bottom of this page you can pre-register for the 2011 fan dinner.
If you have (pre)registered, we can keep you informed of any news regarding the dinner.
You will be welcomed to the ship with a welcoming drink and please check in with Ruud and Ineke at the reception table, so we know that the right people are on board. We will give you two coupons for two more drinks, i.e. tea, coffee, sodas, beer, or wine.
Other drinks (for instance cognac, whisky) may be ordered on a cash only and pay as you go basis.
Fan dinner in Maastricht
Friday July 15th, 2011
Traditionally we organize a fan dinner during the concerts in Maastricht.
In 2009 we held the dinner for the first time on one of the river Maas cruise ships. It was a big success! We had 90 participants from 14 nationalities. For the first time we welcomed guests from Hong Kong, Brazil and South Africa.
In 2010 we welcomed 73 guests from 13 different nationalities. For the first time: New Zealand and Malta. Less than the year before, because the concerts were divided over two weekends.
The ship will not be sailing, but will be a floating restaurant. It has two floors and an open air deck, so there is plenty of room! The ship is accessible to wheelchairs. We'll decorate the ship in André style. We'll introduce the nationalities. Please wear name tags, badges or signs of your country, so you can easily be recognized by your country fans.
Dinner will be BUFFET STYLE
with open seating. Registration
(see below) is needed.
Access to the ship starts at 5 PM.
Buffet is served from 6 PM to
8.30 PM.
The concert starts at 9.30 PM
so there is plenty of time to go
to the Vrijthof square to attend
the concert (a 10 minutes walk).
